I bought this a month or so ago, and just recently had the opportunity to use it. Coincidentally, I used it along side a friend of mine who has the Buddipole Deluxe kit. Not only was I more than impressed with this antenna, it out performed the Buddipole in every aspect - from set up, tuning and operating. Tuning the coils is fast and easy. The antenna is lightweight, and extremely well built. The number of configurations you can use this in is limited only by your imagination. I can not think of another antenna that packs the punch this one does for the price. One point I would mention - the antenna comes with a pretty specific tripod mount, which I did not have on my tripod, nor have I ever seen. This was no problem, and the tee has a 1/2" female pipe thread and it was easy to adapt to work on my setup. And, was probably stronger in the long run. On top of the stellar quality of this antenna and the great success I had with it, the support I received from DX Canada was outstanding! First, the shipping was not only more than reasonable, I received the antenna two days after ordering it. I had a few questions, and I received super fast and helpful replies. And, when I inquired about getting a longer set of whips, so I could use this on 80m, they found them for me right away, and offered to order them it. I look forward to using this antenna, and doing business with DX Canada for years to come!
