RF-Stick Whip Signal HT Antenna SuperFlex aprox 19" Long SMA-F Model SMA-24

True Dualband 1/4 wave on VHF and 3/4 wave on UHF,  perfectly tuned QP memory wire Whip to Canadian center frequencies on VHF & UHF bands... That is right! It is tuned to OUR region, not USA, NO EU! We tuned this QP whip to about 146mhz and 446mhz.

Becuase this antenna is not linear loaded, not using any traps using capacitors, no lossy coils at the base or any kind of tunig traps. It will outperform any HT walkie talkie antenna on the market.

"Some antennas will tell you that they are 3dB gain — this means they will have twice the signal strength of some other antenna. If you see 3dB then you should find out what that is in relationship to.  I can confidently tell you that you should get at least 15dB gain using 1/4 antennas…. compared to using a dummy load." - Quote by Signal Link.

    SMA-F RF-STICK SUPERFLEX SIGNAL ANTENNA DUAL-BAND SMA-F VHF/UHF

Posted by Herb on 2024 Apr 3rd

Very satisfied with this whip antenna. It certainly out performs the stock rubber duck on my Alinco DM5. I can easily receive a vhf analog signal from a repeater about 80 miles away on a clear day, which I could never do with the stock rubber duck. Of course it’s long and whippy so I don’t use it all the time. But I am very satisfied with it. It shipped across Canada in about six business days and came with an extra little rubber O-ring as a dust seal for the antenna base. Build quality seems very good.
